The "Film Industry Work by 18" Program, seeks to build character and employable skills in
at-risk youth between the ages of fourteen through seventeen and get them ready for a career
by aged in the field of Filmmaking.

The Program offers training in all aspects of the new film industry to at-risk youth who are
residents of the state of Georgia. During the training, the interns will be allowed to participate in
the production of other feature movies. The students also receive general hands-on training in
the pre-production, production and post production phases of film production and on
completion of the program after 24 weeks, they are teamed up others to form a production
company.
From this point Lantawood Inc.provides to them technical assistance, marketing and
distribution. Certification and registration for this program is $50.00. A certificates of
completion will be issued to successful candidates.

The Hands on Production (HOP Project) is 12 week program designed to address the needs of
disadvantaged men and women 18 years and over by offering them training and career building
opportunities that promote social change, improve family economic self-sufficiency and provide
opportunities in employment, business and entrepreneur development.

Areas of training include:
1. Selecting and outlining a movie project.
2. Creating the script/screenplay
3. Developing the budget.
4. Financing and sponsorship
5. Casting and crew.
6. Project management techniques.
7. On the set Production .
8. Marketing and distribution

On successful completion of the program, the Producer Intern will be offered an opportunity to
become a full Partner within our Organization and continue their career in a qualified area of
production
